Your event is planned, but you're starting to think of the "what if?" moments. Booking me for a day of coordinator role means I'll focus on setting up decor, keeping the day on time, handling last-minute hiccups, and working with other vendors. You get to relax and enjoy your day!
Small Event Planning
FROM $500
Planning a special event like a baby shower, graduation party, or birthday celebration can be exciting, but it also comes with a lot of details to manage. Booking me as your event planner means I’ll take care of everything, from finding the perfect venue and coordinating vendors to designing a beautiful setup and keeping the day running smoothly.
Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel expenses are included up to thirty miles one way. Additional travel expenses include mileage and, dependent on the distance, accommodation fees.
Do you travel for events outside of central Iowa?
I do! Travel outside of central Iowa is dependent upon my schedule and the time of year. I'm happy to travel to you for your wedding day, and if you opt for full wedding planning services, we will utilize video calls to limit my travel.
Can I customize a package to fit my needs?
Of course. Every event has different needs, and I'm happy to create a customized package to ensure your dreams are fulfilled!
